Just to get started, we have done the following:
1) We have a planner
- to help us know which day it is that the plant has been growing from
- to record important information about plant
- to remind us to do certain things on particular days
- where Tharsiny (Mon) and Liyana (Thur) would be recording the information
2) We would be posting blog posts
- every Monday and Thursday to show updates on plants
- to show activities done for the week
- to show pictures of us planting
- to remind certain events to group members
- to record important information on group work
- which Zoerin (Mon) and Charlyn (Thur) would be posting
3) We have created a Whatsapp group
- to post important updates
- to remind each other about their duties
- as it is very convenient as all of us have whatsapp
- as it is very easy to chat and update each other
- to share pictures of the plant daily
- which Rupa would be managing
